A New Format for Owners.

Leadership Summit combines the former Owner Summit, Financial Summit & Vision Summit into one event. Owners will evaluate their business performance, identify opportunities with the greatest impact, and develop a strategic plan that drives priorities throughout the year.

    Optional Kickoff Events

    Start the week early.

    Two optional events planned ahead of Leadership Summit.

    • Afternoon — Kids Against Hunger Volunteer Event. Work alongside other Signal franchisees to pack meals for those in need through a friendly team-based competition.
    • Evening — Vala’s Pumpkin Patch. Join the group for food and an evening at one of Omaha’s favorite fall destinations.

    Executive Vision & Business Updates.

    Hear directly from Reed and the Executive Team about:

    • Upcoming Signal initiatives and strategic direction
    • Operational priorities and business updates
    • What to expect in the months ahead
  3. Oct 7–8
    Wednesday & Thursday

    Strategic Planning for the Upcoming Year.

    Owners will develop a strategic plan for the year ahead and map out their first 90 days. They’ll also have opportunities to meet one-on-one with Home Office leaders to discuss growth opportunities in their local market.
